• Develops comprehensive plans and zoning regulations to guide land use and development within the City.
• Reviews development proposals, annexation/rezoning requests, and subdivision plans for compliance with zoning ordinances and land use policies.
• Engages with the community to gather input and feedback on planning initiatives and proposed developments.
