The Operations Division provides the actual emergency response service and some non-emergency service to the citizens and visitors of the City of Monroe.

The Fire Prevention Bureau serves a vital role within the City of Monroe Fire Department as it relates to preventing the loss of life and property to the citizens we serve in our community.

The Training Division of the Monroe Fire Department is responsible for the preparation and conducting of training classes and drills.
