Operation YesOPERATION Y.E.S. is a city- wide initiative launched by the Mayo administration designed to foster positive youth programs utilizing resources provided by various city of Monroe departments and other agencies. OPERATION Y.E.S. includes various job programs, after school tutoring, recreation leagues, and other programs involving our local youth. Through partnerships in education, community activities, and public-private partnerships OPERATION Y.E.S. is able to have a positive impact on the lives of thousands of local youth.
