The Our Kids (O.K) Program is a male-mentoring program, under the guidance of an African-American male police officer. The program fosters partnerships between police agencies, schools, students, residents, business, and faith-based community to provide positive guidance, and support to African American males ages 12-18 years old.

Primary Goal

Use African-American male role models as teammates (team mentoring) to help reduce the high incarceration and homicide rate among this group and steer them towards college, military service, vocational training, and becoming a responsible citizen.
