Community Center Rental Fees

• $25.00 per hour Monday - Saturday; $35.00 per hour Sunday
• $75.00 refundable cleaning deposit

• $50.00 per day for large shelters with restrooms
• $25.00 per day for small shelters without restrooms
• $75.00 refundable clean-up deposit

Special contract required for large events, e.g. concerts, car shows, more than 250 attendance, etc. Call 318-329-2454 for details and reservations.

Forsythe Park/Forsythe Point Rental Fees Three (3) Shelters on the River, Bandstand in the Park, Picnic and Open Area(s), Volleyball Courts, Tennis Courts

Rental Fee: $50.00 up to 4 hours (50 or fewer in attendance), after the first 4 hours rent will be $50.00 an hour

Clean-up Deposit Fee: $50.00 for 50 or fewer in attendance
$75.00 for 50 - 150 in attendance
Over 150 in attendance will require a negotiated contract.
