WHAT: Mayor Jamie Mayo, the Monroe City Council, and Keep Monroe Beautiful Executive Director Greg Smith and other members of Ouachita Green are pleased to announce the City of Monroe Public Works Department will, once again, conduct FREE Christmas Tree Recycling. Residents are reminded to remove all ornaments and decorations from the tree.
