Winnsboro Rd. will be closed to through traffic between Georgia St. and Florida St. for work to be completed on a manhole in the west bound lane. As weather permits, work is expected to continue thru Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Detours may be taken from Georgia St. to Plum St. and from South 1st St. to Beauregard St.

The City of Monroe thanks you in advance for your patience while work is in process and reminds you to please drive with caution while in the construction area. Be on the lookout for work crews and equipment in the work area, and please be mindful of all construction signage in the area**.
