Monroe Water System Manager Sean Benton reports that some portions of the Monroe Water System will experience temporary low water pressure this morning due to crews working in a main distribution valve near the corner of North 18th and Speed Avenue.  Benton says that water pressure should be back to normal by 12 noon today.
