On Tuesday, May 13, 2025, the intersection at Desiard Street west to Endom Bridge will be closed to through traffic while Amethyst Construction pour concrete. The alternate route for traffic is S. Grand Street and N. Grand Street to Louisville Avenue crossing Louisville Bridge. This closure is expected to be in effect until Friday, May 16, 2025 (weather permitting), or until work is complete. Please plan your routes accordingly.
**We understand that this may create a short-term inconvenience. The City of Monroe thanks you in advance for your patience while work is in process and reminds you to drive with caution while in the work area. Be advised that it is illegal to drive around barricades**.
