(Monroe, LA) – The City of Monroe is proud to announce the 2025 Housing Fair and Expo. This event will take place on Saturday, May 31, from 9 AM to 1 PM at the Abe Pierce Convention Center – 401 Lea Joyner Expressway. Admission is free and open to the public.

The Housing Fair and Expo offers an opportunity for attendees to participate in informative workshops and explore the partner marketplace. Visitors will have the chance to connect with bankers, realtors, developers, and other housing experts. Come learn about free homebuyer programs, down payment assistance programs,
grants for homeowners and landlords, and much more!

This event is proudly sponsored by Centric Credit Union. Additional support comes from partners such as NELA Realtor’s Association, Southside Economic Development District, Cadence Bank, Monroe Housing Authority, Origin Bank, Regions Bank, JP Morgan Chase Bank, First Horizon Bank, Citizens Progressive Bank, and Ouachita Housing, United Way of Northeast Louisiana Bank-On Initiative, Midcity Redevelopment Alliance, and Louisiana Housing Corporation.
