MONROE, LA – The City of Monroe’s Engineering Department has relocated to 1401 Stubbs Ave and is open for business from Monday through Friday from the hours of 7:30AM – 4:30PM. The Engineering Department consists of the Civil Division, GIS & Mapping, Inspections & Permitting, Planning & Zoning, and Project Management.
Construction is still taking place inside and outside of the building. For the safety of the public and the staff, all exterior doors will remain locked until construction is complete. Anyone needing in-person services will need to call and make an appointment with the person you need to see or call 318-998-3035 to gain entrance into the building. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are dedicated to continuing our services to you.
