City of Monroe Reopens 18th Street Overpass

(Monroe, LA) – The City of Monroe announces that the 18th Street Overpass has officially reopened to traffic following closures due to Winter Storm Fern.
City officials thank residents and commuters for their patience during the closure. Residents are strongly urged to stay off the roads unless absolutely necessary while restoration efforts are underway.
