City of Monroe and Healthy Funroe Gear Up for “Picnic in the Park”

(Monroe, LA) – Mayor Friday Ellis, the City of Monroe, and Healthy Funroe are excited to announce the date for the highly anticipated Picnic in the Park event.
The FREE event takes place Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Forsythe Park, under the hanging lights. The fun starts at 5 PM and wraps up at 8 PM. Come out for food trucks, local vendors, music and more!
