NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana, on the 8th day of October , 2024 in the Council Chamber, City Hall Building, beginning at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following proposed amendment to the Zoning Map:
An amendment to the Zoning Map to zone a ±36.35-acre tract of land located at 351-475 Parker Road, Monroe, LA, from being located in Ouachita Parish (Open Space) to the R-1 (Single Family Residence) District as follows:
A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND SITUATED IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, OUACHITA PARISH, LOUISIANA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
