PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana, on the 9th day of September , 2025 in the Council Chamber, City Hall Building, beginning at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following proposed amendment to the Zoning Map:
An amendment to rezone a ±2.128-acre tract of land located at 1863 Avenue of America, Monroe, LA, from the B-2 (Neighborhood Business) to the B-3 (General Business/Commercial) District;

All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard. The proposed changes to the Zoning Map are on file and open to the inspection of the public in the office of the Monroe Planning & Zoning Division, City Hall Annex, 802 North 31st Street, Monroe, Louisiana.
