NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana on the following Ordinances, Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber at Monroe City Hall.
1. Introduce an Ordinance authorizing an amendment to lease agreement with Ingersoll Rand Inc. for certain property and improvements located at 4601 Central Avenue, Monroe, Louisiana and further providing with respect thereto.
2. Ordinance amending Section 37-130(a)(5) of the City of Monroe Code of Ordinances to provide for supplemental notice to certain persons when a matter considered by certain city board or commission is submitted to the city council for further consideration, final action, or review; and further providing with respect thereto.
