NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana on the following Ordinances, Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber at Monroe City Hall.
Ordinance authorizing the City of Monroe to take corporeal possession of and sell to Tez Washington all rights, title, and interest that the city may have acquired to lot twelve (12) of block six (6) of Renwick’s Addition bearing municipal address 303 S 23rd St., Ouachita Parish, District 3, Monroe, La, by adjudication at tax sale dated June 8, 2005, and further providing with respect thereto.
