The intersection at South 4th Street and Beauregard Street will be closed to through traffic as Hemphill Construction installs a new sewer manhole. Only local traffic will be allowed to pass through the construction area. South bound detours can be taken at Temple Dr. and at Winnsboro Rd. North bound detours can be taken at Plum St. West bound detours can be taken at South 2nd St and east bound detours can be taken at South 5th St. This closure is expected to be in effect for 30 days (weather permitting), or until the work is complete. Please plan your routes accordingly.
