Friday, May 23, 2025, Oak Street will be closed to through traffic at the intersection of Catalpa Street and Hall Street from 4:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., while Traxler Construction pour new concrete for St. Francis Medical Center. Please plan your routes accordingly.
