TEMPORARY EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURE – GEORGIA STREET PUMP STATION PROJECT

WHAT: Road Closure to through traffic – Georgia Street
WHEN: Tuesday, June 9, 2026, through Thursday, June 11, 2026 (weather permitting)

Georgia Street will be closed to through traffic at the intersection of Parker Street and Lott Street beginning Tuesday, June 9, 2026, due to an emergency repair as part of the Georgia Street Pump Station Project that is underway. This closure is expected to be in effect until Thursday, June 11, 2026, until 6 pm, (weather permitting), or until the work is complete. Barricades and road closure signs will be placed/maintained to ensure the safety of motorist and pedestrians. Please plan your routes accordingly.
