Monroe, LA – The Tax & Revenue and Utilities offices are relocating from 316 Breard Street to a new, more accessible location at 1401 Stubbs Avenue, the Monroe Business Hub. The new offices will officially open to the public on March 24, 2025.

To ensure a smooth transition, the drive-through service at the Breard Street location will remain operational until Friday, March 20. Starting Monday, March 24, while the drive-through at the Monroe Business Hub location is still under construction, residents can continue to make payments conveniently through the online payment portal via PayStar. Additionally, in-person payments can be made inside the Monroe Business Hub.

PayStar is a comprehensive payment solution designed to enhance the customer experience. Key features include:

* QuickPay: Allows customers to quickly look up their account using their account number and make payments with just a few clicks.
* Customer Portal: Offers a dashboard for account management, autopay enrollment, paperless billing, payment and bill history, and notifications.
* Payment Methods: Supports various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and eChecks, with options for autopay and maximum payment limits.
* Notifications: Provides email and text reminders for upcoming payments and new bills.
