The Oak Street intersection will be closed permanently to through traffic beginning, Wednesday September 17, 2025. Oak Street is located adjacent to the railroad tracks behind Monroe Civic Center facing the far side of the Public Works Department.
**The City of Monroe would like to remind you to drive with caution and be advised that it is illegal to drive around barricades**.
