City of Monroe Temporarily Suspends Garbage Pickup

(Monroe, LA) – Due to dangerous conditions and accessibility issues, the City of Monroe has suspended garbage collection for the remainder of the week.
The City anticipates resuming normal garbage collection operations on Monday, February 2. Updates will be provided if conditions change.
The safety of residents and City personnel remains the top priority. We appreciate the public’s patience and understanding.
