Desiard Street will be closed to through traffic at the intersection of Jackson Street beginning Monday, February 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM until further notice.

The City of Monroe’s Engineering Department has relocated to 1401 Stubbs Ave and is open for business from Monday through Friday from the hours of 7:30AM – 4:30PM. The Engineering Department consists of the Civil Division, GIS & Mapping, Inspections & Permitting, Planning & Zoning, and Project Management.
