2026 Annual Action Plan Public Hearing
The City of Monroe invites residents to attend a Public Hearing to provide input on community needs and priorities as part of the development of the 2026 Annual Action Plan. The Annual Action Plan outlines how federal CDBG and HOME funds will be allocated to address priority needs identified in the City’s Five-Year Consolidated Plan for FY2026.
