The Information Technology (IT) Division provides quality services in areas such as systems support, hardware and software, help desk support, network operations, equipment purchasing, and business systems analysis. The IT Division is committed to constantly upgrading computer software and hardware to stay current with the latest technology. The IT Division’s help desk is managed by a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing exceptional customer service support to all user departments within the city. The help desk also provides valuable hands-on experience to local college students participating in our internship program.
