Please send the completed form to the Monroe Transit System ADA Coordinator at 700 Washington Street or by email to Marc.keenan@ci.monroe.al.us. Within 10 days of receipt of this request, Monroe Transit System will provide you with a request identification number. Monroe Transit System will use its best efforts to investigate each request within 10 days of receipt. Upon completion of the investigation, Monroe Transit System will provide you with an estimated date by which it expects the Accessible Bus Stop to be installed or, if applicable, repaired.
