Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Division is performing the following tasks on behalf of the Mayor and Monroe City Council:
• Developing the 2026 Annual Action Plan
What is an Annual Action Plan?
The Annual Action Plan describes the allocations of Federal CDBG and HOME funding for activities to meet the major goals, objectives, and performance measurements identified in the City’s Five-Year Consolidated Plan for FY 2026. The City must submit an “Action Plan” annually.
In order to satisfy this requirement, Community Development will hold 2 Public Meetings:

Participation of all residents of Monroe, especially minorities, the homeless, and non-English speaking persons, as well as persons with mobility, visual or hearing impairments, are encouraged to attend the public hearing.
