Monroe Regional Airport Reopens and Resumes Operations

(Monroe, LA) – Monroe Regional Airport has reopened and is currently operational following earlier weather-related closures.
Airport staff are closely monitoring ongoing weather conditions to ensure the safety of passengers and flight crews, according to Monroe Regional Airport Director Charles Butcher.
Flights are operating on a flight-by-flight basis, and travelers are encouraged to check directly with their airline for the most current flight status and travel updates.
The City of Monroe will continue to provide updates as conditions change.
