NOTICE is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana on the following Ordinance, Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber at Monroe City Hall:
Ordinance authorizing the City of Monroe to acquire a certain parcel of real property from Jeff and Debra Wilmore, situated in Ouachita Parish with a municipal address of 102 S. 20th Street, Monroe, La, more particularly described below, and further providing with respect thereto. (Legal)
is on file in my office complete in the form in which it will be offered for final adoption, open to the inspection of the public and will so remain for the period required by law prior to being offered for final adoption thereof.
