EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT PROPOSAL CONFERENCE

The City of Monroe is hosting a Proposal Conference for the 2025 Emergency Solutions Grant Program, open to organizations interested in applying for funding through the city’s application process. The conference will be held at the City’s Business Hub (1401 Stubbs Ave.) at 2:00 p.m. The agenda will include a review of the application requirements, program priorities, application process, budget guidance, and application deadlines.
Your attendance is highly recommended to ensure that all interested parties have an equal opportunity to participate in the program. Please plan to attend.

DESIGN AND PURPOSE – Emergency Solutions Grants funds can be utilized for the following purposes:
A. The rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for use as emergency shelter for the homeless;
B. The payment of certain expenses related to operating emergency shelters;
C. Street outreach for the homeless;
D. Homelessness prevention;
E. Rapid re-housing assistance;
F. Homeless Management Information System (HMIS);
