PUBLIC NOTICE

 

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana, on the 26th  day of  April , 2022 in the Council Chamber, City Hall Building, beginning at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following proposed amendment to the Zoning Map: 

 

An amendment to the Zoning Map to zone a ±0.75-acre tract of land, from being located in Ouachita Parish to the R-4 (High Density Multi-Family Residence) District, in order for the applicant to construct duplexes.  200-206 Martinez Street and 601-605 Chatham Drive

 

      APPLICANT: Gipson J. Properties, LLC (MA 103-22)

 

All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard.  The proposed changes to the Zoning Map are on file and open to the inspection of the public in the office of the Monroe Ouachita Regional Planning Commission, City Hall Annex, 3901 Jackson Street, Monroe, Louisiana.
