NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Monroe, Louisiana, on the 28th day of December , 2021 in the Council Chamber, City Hall Building, beginning at 6:00 p.m., to consider the following proposed amendment to the Zoning Map:
An amendment to the Zoning Map to rezone a ±0.33-acre tract of land, from the R-1 (Single Family Residence) District to R-4, (High Density Multi-Family Residence) District, in order for the applicant to be able to develop a 4-plex housing unit, at 1809 Hickory Street.
